Subd. 4. Retail commercial activities; provided, that: <br />a. Merchandise is sold at retail. <br />b. The retail activity is located within a structure whose principal use is not commercial sales. <br />c. The retail activity shall not accupy more than fifteen percent (15%) of the gross floor area of <br />the building. <br />d. The retail activity is not located within a structure whose principal use is residential. <br />e. No d'u-ectly or indirect�y iituminated sign or signs in excess o�ten (10) square feet zdentifying the <br />name of the business sha11 be visible from the ouiside of the building. <br />f. No signs or posters of any type advertising pz-oducts for sale sha1l be visible from the outside of <br />the building. <br />g. The provisions of subdivision i 125.01(1)e ofthis Title are considered and satisfaciorily met. <br />Subd. 5. Buildings combining residential and noruesidential uses allowed in this District; provided, that: <br />a. Residezatial and nonresidential uses shail not be contained on the same floor. <br />b. The residen#iai and nonresidential uses shall not conflict in any manner. <br />c. The residential building starxdards as outlined in this Chapter are met. <br />d. The provisions of subdivision � 125.01(1)e of this Title are considered a.nd satisfactoziIy met, <br />(1988 Code §40.15) <br />
