All applicants have submitted appropriate fees and proof of insurance. <br />Licenses are noted with a “New” or “Renewal” after the company name. Those licenses defined <br />as “new” include all applicants that have never been licensed with the City or they may have <br />been licensed with the City in the past, but were not licensed in 2000.
