<br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5536 <br /> <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 5527 <br />REGARDING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW REQUEST FOR AN OFFICE BUILDING <br />LOCATED AT 7664 GREENFIELD AVENUE; PLANNING CASE NO. DE00-002. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 26, 2001, the City Council approved Resolution 5527, a <br />resolution approving a development review to construct a 2,006 square-foot office building at <br />7664 Greenfield Avenue; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned B-3, Highway Business, is designated as a <br />“Neighborhood Commercial” use on the Comprehensive Plan and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 30, Block 3, Greenfield Plat 2, Subject to Road Easement <br />Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the resolution be amended to eliminate the <br />requirement for a four-foot wood fence along the south property line, leaving in place the <br />requirement for the eight-foot fence. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in place of the four-foot fence, the developer will provide a planting of lilacs <br />according to the revised site plan, attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all other requirements, conditions and stipulations addressed in Resolution <br />5527 shall remain in force. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby approve of the amendment to Resolution 5527 by removing the requirement to <br />construct a four-foot fence on the south property line, inserting in its place a planting of lilacs. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of March, 2001. <br /> <br /> <br />_________________________________ <br />Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />_________________________________ <br />Kathleen F.
