Highway 10 Consultant <br />March 12, 2001 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />anticipate a further expense for the preconstruction drawings when the study is <br />completed in 2002. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of Resolution 5537, a resolution selecting the firm of <br />URS/BRW to perform the work as outlined in the Highway 10 Reconstruction and <br />Revitalization project RFP and authorizing staff to execute a contract with said firm at a <br />base fee of $75,000 and expected additional expenses of $15,000.
