RESOLUTION 5529 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Silver Lake Woods Homeowners Association has used the City Hall <br />basement for its annual meetings since 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Silver Lake Woods Homeowners Association has a large <br />membership which cannot be accommodated by the community rooms at the <br />Community Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has granted certain long standing <br />community organizations the opportunity to continue to use City Hall as a <br />meeting place. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does grant the <br />Silver Lake Woods Homeowners Association the opportunity to continue to hold <br />its annual meetings in the basement of City Hall. <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of February 2001. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> Kathleen Miller, City Administrator
