The owners propose to open the coffee shop at <br />2559 Highway 10. The restaurant has a maximum occupancy of 19 and will be <br />open for a maximum of 15 hours daily. <br /> <br />As this is an application for a new license, an extensive “background” review has <br />been conducted. The following departments or agencies have been contacted <br />and have indicated that the applicants have met all conditions for license <br />approval: <br /> <br />• Finance (Utility) <br />• Police Department <br />• Community Development (Zoning and Building & Fire Inspections) <br />• Ramsey County Department of Public Health <br />• MN Department of Revenue <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />I recommend that the City Council approve a restaurant license for That Coffee <br />Shop. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Givonna Reed <br />Assistant to the City Administrator <br /> <br />
