The masonry or stone building siding and any other architectural design characteristics shall <br />be consistent along the north, west and east building elevations. <br /> <br />5. There shall be no outside garbage storage or dumpster allowed on this site, all garbage and <br />refuse shall be stored within the building. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no parking lot lighting other than supplemental flood lights mounted upon the <br />building. Such lights shall be down cast and shielded or hooded to eliminate glare or light <br />spillage onto adjoining properties in accordance with Chapter 1103 of the Mounds View <br />Zoning Code. <br /> <br />7. Elevation contours and drainage arrows shall be added to the site plan to indicate direction of <br />stormwater runoff. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall submit a landscaping plan indicating the locations, numbers and species of <br />the plantings to be used on the site. The City Forester shall review the landscape plans and <br />make recommendations as to the specific species used. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall install any fencing, screening or buffering as required by the Planning <br />Commission or City Council. <br /> <br />The site plans date-stamped February 2, 2001 do indicate both landscaping and <br />stormwater runoff arrows, so requirement 7 and 8 above have been met. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Assuming the fence issue has been resolved, staff and the Planning Commission are <br />recommending approval of this development review request, subject to the remaining <br />seven requirements as noted above.
