RESOLUTION 5549 <br />Approving Public Works 2001 Seasonal Positions <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Public Works/Parks Seasonal Workers will perform manual labor that includes <br />skilled and unskilled tasks. Employees will operate equipment such as mowers, <br />line trimmers, dragging equipment and rollers. <br /> <br />The starting wage for the 10 seasonal positions will be $9.50/hr with a $.50/hour <br />performance bonus at the end of employment. Each of these positions will work <br />40 hours per week with the possibility of 50 hours of overtime for the entire <br />season. <br /> <br />Eight seasonal positions will remain on staff for not more than six months and <br />two seasonal positions will remain on staff for not more than eight months. <br /> <br />
