guarantees and plans for the orderly development of the land shall be executed and <br />recorded with Ramsey County as required by Section 1006.06, Subd. 4 of the City Code. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall execute and record with Ramsey County a utility easement document <br />which conveys to Five D Limited (the Holiday Stationstore) a non-exclusive right to <br />maintain and repair if necessary the water and sanitary lines servicing their property. A <br />copy of this recorded document shall be kept on file with the City. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall execute and record with Ramsey County a parking easement <br />agreement in the favor of Realife Cooperative of Mounds View which conveys to Realife <br />the non-exclusive right to park in the MIPH lot during weekends and specified holidays. <br />A copy of this recorded document shall be kept on file with the City. <br /> <br />11.
