Peeling paint, cracked or loose <br />plaster, decayed wood, or other defective surface conditions shall be corrected. Replace <br />torn flooring in front of front door. <br /> <br />The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight, and have no defects which admit water. Roof <br />drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness, water, or deterioration in the walls or <br />interior portions. Repair roof to ensure that it does not leak or admit water. <br /> <br />All equipment, fixtures and all building space shall be maintained in a workmanlike state of <br />repair so as to properly and safely perform their intended function. Replace the required <br />cover on the main electrical service panel. <br /> <br />Every window, other than a fixed window, shall be supplied and fitted with properly fitting <br />screens that are without holes or tears. Provide screens on all windows that do not <br />have them. <br /> <br />Every stack, waste, and sewer line shall be so installed and maintained as to function <br />properly and shall be kept free from obstructions, leaks, and defects to prevent structural <br />deterioration or a health hazard. Repair leaky p trap under kinchen sink in an <br />approved manner. <br /> <br />All interior walls, floors, ceilings and associated woodwork or trim shall be maintained <br />clean, sanitary, in sound condition and in workmanlike repair. Peeling paint, cracked or <br />loose plaster, decayed wood, or other defective surface conditions shall be corrected. <br />Replace kitchen floor covering, exposed plywood not permitted. <br /> <br />All interior walls, floors, ceilings and associated woodwork or trim shall be maintained <br />clean, sanitary, in sound condition and in workmanlike repair. Peeling paint, cracked or <br />loose plaster, decayed wood, or other defective surface conditions shall be corrected.
