Mounds View City Council August 13, 2001 <br />Regular Meeting Page 20 <br /> <br />Mayor Sonterre explained the reason for adjourning to a closed session was to discuss protected <br />information. <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs suggested removing the words ‘‘And Related Matters’’ from Item 11. <br /> <br />Mr. Linke questioned closing the meeting at 10:18 p.m. and was concerned the meeting would <br />not be completed by that time. <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs stated that in discussing this matter with City Administrator Miller, he did <br />not forecast the meeting would need to be more than 15 minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Extend the Meeting to 10:25 p.m. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />The meeting recessed to a closed session and will adjourn. <br /> <br />12.
