(The attachments are labeled accordingly.) <br /> <br />Lyndon Robjent, Assistant County Engineer for the Anoka County Highway <br />Department will be in attendance for the council meeting. Mr. Robjent has <br />previously explained to Staff that in order to receive the federal funds for this <br />project, the plans must be signed and approved by September 30, 2001 or the <br />federal funds will be forfeited. <br /> <br /> A February 16, 1999, Council was presented documentation regarding <br />installation of a traffic signal at Pleasant View Drive and County Highway 10. B March 1, 1999, Resolution 5319 was signed supporting the financing and <br />construction of the traffic signal. C August 2, 1999, Survey results from residents in the area that would be <br />affected by the traffic signal. D August 9, 1999, Plans were presented regarding the design and Resolution <br />5355 was signed approving and supporting the construction of a traffic signal. E February 15, 2000, Informational meeting at Spring Lake Park City Hall. All <br />residents on Pleasant View Drive were notified of this meeting. (See copy of the <br />plan that was presented at the meeting and note the median design.) F March 6, 2000, Staff report indicates that little if no change has been made. <br />G May 1, 2000, Anoka County was not able to give support documents <br />regarding the residential comments from the informational meeting; item pulled <br />off of the agenda. H June 5, 2000 (Work Session), Support documents regarding residential <br />comments from the informational meeting.
