RESOLUTION NO. 5624 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECLASSIFYING THE SENIOR CLERK TYPIST <br />POSITION TO A FULL-TIME POSITION <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in February 2001 the former Police Chief requested an <br />additional clerical staff person; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Human Resources Committee recommended that <br />the Senior Clerk Typist position be moved to full-time in lieu of hiring an <br />additional full-time clerical staff person; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Interim Police Chief recommends that position be <br />formally reclassified to full-time status. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council authorizes reclassifying the Senior Clerk Typist position to full-time <br />effective January 1, 2002. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 13th day of November, 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Richard Sonterre, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br /> Kathleen Miller, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Motion by: <br />Second by: <br />Sonterre Aye No <br />Quick Aye No <br />Stigney Aye No <br />Marty Aye No <br />Thomas Aye No
