(MMKR) for the provisions of <br />auditing services for the general purpose financial statements of the City for the years <br />ending December 31, 2001, 2002, and 2003. Mr. Malloy has provided us with a letter of <br />understanding that confirms our understanding of the services they are to provide in the <br />attached letter dated December 3, 2001. The estimated fees for these services are: <br /> <br />• 2001 $22,400 <br />Additional in depth work $4,600 <br />• 2002 $22,900 <br />• 2003 $23,500 <br />GASB assistance $2,000 to $6,000 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 5654 Authorizing the City Administrator to Sign the Letter of <br />Engagement, Dated December 3, 2001 From MMKR for the Provision of Auditing Services <br />for the Years Ending in 2001, 2002 and 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />___________________________ <br />Kathleen F.
