<br />RESOLUTION NO. 5487 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CREATING A WATER SERVICE REPAIR FUND <br />AND ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View has amended the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Mounds View and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 906.04, Subd. 4 Entitled “Responsibility for Repairs” has been <br />amended to enable the City of Mounds View to enter onto private property to perform repairs on <br />water services and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a separate non-refundable fee of $4.00 per quarter will be added as an <br />additional charged to all single family units, duplexes, fourplexes and townhouses to fund this <br />water service repair program and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a special account will be established within the Water Department Budget to <br />fund only these repairs. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View does hereby create a special account established within the Water Department Budget to <br />fund the repair or replacement of private water services for all single family units, duplexes, <br />fourplexes and townhouses and; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a non-refundable fee of $4.00 per quarter will be <br />added as an additional charged to all single family units, duplexes, fourplexes and townhouses to <br />fund this water service repair program and; <br /> <br /> Adopted this 11th day of December, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: ______________________________ <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) ______________________________ <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />C:\Mike's documents\resolutions\Resolution 5487 Water Service 2.doc
