Item No. 7H <br />Staff Report No. <br />Meeting Date: 09/11/00 <br />Type of Business: CA <br />WK: Work Session; PH: Public Hearing; <br />CA: Consent Agenda; CB: Council Business City of Mounds View Staff Report <br />To: Mayor and City Council Members <br />From: Rick Jopke, Community Development Director <br />Item Title/Subject: Consideration of Resolution No. 5474 Requesting That Ramsey <br />County Investigate and Implement Pedestrian Safety <br />Improvements on County Highway 10. <br />Date of Report: August 29, 2018 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />At the September 5, 2000 work session staff updated the Council on the status of the Highway 10 <br />Study. Staff also indicated that Highway 10 is now officially under county jurisdiction and that <br />the County is committed to working with the City to investigate changes that will improve both <br />vehicular and traffic safety along County Highway 10. A revised work plan for phase two of the <br />Highway 10 Study was also presented and the City Council indicated that staff should proceed to <br />work with county staff on addressing immediate safety concerns. Staff has communicated that to <br />county staff. <br /> <br />Staff has drafted the attached Resolution No. 5474 for City Council consideration.
