RESOLUTION NO. 5427 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE COMPENSATION POLICY FOR <br />EMPLOYEES SERVING IN INTERIM MANAGEMENT EMPLOYMENT <br />CAPACITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will from time to time have vacancies in management and <br />department head positions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council may select an appropriate employee to serve in an <br />interim capacity to meet the needs of the vacant position; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council <br />sets the policy to compensate such employees at 115% of their current rate of <br />pay for service performed during the interim. The employee shall perform the <br />additional duties to the best of their abilities as the Council determines. The <br />Council may choose to end the interim status should performance be determined <br />by the Council to not be adequate for any reason.
