~unds View City Council gular Meeting August 26, 1991 Page Four Councilmember Quick commented that according to the Comprehensive Plan it is clearly stated this is a B-2 zoning and the City should stay consistent with the required zoning. Councilmember Blanchard stated that the Comprehensive Plan does not suggest B-3 zoning for any development on this parcel. This property calls. for a Planned Unit Development and should not be broken up. Councilmember Wuori stated the Planning Commission has been working on the Comprehensive plan for two years and has recommended future loans for the City. Breaking up the Planned Unit development would destroy the vision for Highway 10 corridor. This corridor needs to be worked on as a whole. Mayor Linke agreed with the other Councilmembers. This is a Planned Unit. Development. Developers need to present a development far the entire corner. Fiance Director Don Bracer reviewed Staff Report No. 9.1 regarding Resolution No. 4113 Certifying the Proposed 1992 General Fund and Debt Service Property Tax Levies Brager stated that Truth in Taxation legislation requires that prior to September 3, 1991 the City certifying it's proposed 1991 property tax levies, set the public hearing date on the levy and also set a date for continuation of the hearing if it proves necessary. Mr. Brager proposed that the date for the public hearing, be set for December 9, 1991 at 7:05 p.m. and a continuation hearing, if necessary be set for December 17, 1991.
