1005.12 1005.13 <br /> <br /> <br />b. Revocation: The enforcement officer shall revoke the certificate of registration held by any person issued <br />under this Chapter upon showing of two (2) or more convictions, in a court of competent jurisdiction, of <br />violation of this Chapter by such person within a twenty four (24) month period or three (3) or more such <br />convictions within any period of time. Notice of such revocation shall be mailed and posted as provided in <br />subdivision 1005.16(2) of this Chapter and shall be effective sixty (60) days following such mailing and <br />posting. (1988 Code ∋93.21) <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Inspection Fees: The registration fee for an initial or renewed certificate of registration shall include the fee <br />for two inspections or attempted inspections by Enforcement Officer. A fee, established by City Council <br />resolution, shall be charged for any additional inspections or attempted inspections required, whether due to the <br />multiple dwelling failure of the reinspection, the Enforcement Officer's inability to gain access to the multiple <br />dwelling at the time of attempted reinspection, or otherwise, and must be paid before a certificate of registration <br />will be issued. (Ord. 572, 2-26-96) <br /> <br />1005.13: RESPONSIBILITY OF OCCUPANTS: <br /> <br />Subd. 1. Cleanliness: Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall keep in a clean and sanitary condition that part of the <br />dwelling unit and premises thereof which he occupies, controls or uses. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. Disposal of Rubbish: Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall dispose of all rubbish in a clean and sanitary <br />manner 21. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. Plumbing Fixtures: <br /> <br />a. Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall keep the supplied plumbing fixtures therein clean and sanitary and <br />shall be responsible for the exercise of reasonable care in their proper use and operation. <br /> <br />b. Every plumbing fixture furnishedshall be properly installed and shall be maintained in good working <br />condition, shall be clean and sanitary and free from defects, leaks or obstructions. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Destruction of Premises: No person shall wilfully damage, mutilate or deface any part of residential real <br />estate or supplied fixtures, equipment or furnishings located thereon.
