The <br />garage addition will have a garage door facing the side yard. It will not be connected to the <br />driveway, and is not required to, unless used “regularly”.2 The garage addition will be used for <br />storage of recreational vehicles and tools. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permits may be approved by the City Council, after the Planning Commission <br />has considered possible adverse effects 3, including: <br /> <br />1.
