The stormwater retention basin in the SE corner of the property shall be designed <br />and constructed to hold water, intended to be a landscaped amenity. A revised <br />Grading & Drainage plan shall be submitted for approval to the Public Works <br />Director and Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />D. The pedestrian trail along Mounds View Blvd shall be meandering. A revised <br />Grading & Drainage plan shall be submitted for approval to the Public Works <br />Director, Rice Creek Watershed District, and Ramsey County Public Works. <br />E. Additional shrubs and perennials shall be installed between the pedestrian trail, <br />SW sidewalk, and the building, intended to create a more inviting appearance <br />(none shown on Site Plan). <br />F. A landscaped median within that portion of the driveway, south of 8020 <br />Groveland Rd. Each one-way drive lane shall have a minimum width of 12’ <br />(ingress) and 26’ (egress), intended as a landscaped amenity.
