Don Brager, Finance Director, introduced Charles Clysdale from
the Maguire Agency to make a presentation to the City Council
regarding the renewal of various City insurance coverages.
Mr. Clysdale and Mr. Brager have been looking into the
possibility of the City going with a larger deductible, however,
all figures weren't in, therefore it was recommended to stay with
the same deductible at this time and increase the deductible at
a later date if it would be more feasible.
MOTION/SECOND: Wuori/Blanchard to approve renewal of insurance
to Maguire Agency in the amount of $138,279 with a $5,000
deductible
• Councilmember Rickaby moved to amend the deductible from
$5,000 to .$10,000.
