Mounds View Planning Commission December 4, 2013 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br />________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Commissioner Cramblit announced that he would be resigning his position with the Planning <br />Commission effective December 31, 2013. <br /> <br />Associate Heller stated this would allow the Commission to appoint the two applicants to the <br />open seats. <br /> <br />The Commission recommended the Council appoint Gary Rundle to a three-year term and assign <br />Jessica Birken to the remaining term for Keith Cramblit. <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />C. Set 2014 Planning Commission Meeting Schedule <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller reviewed the 2014 Planning Commission meeting schedule. She <br />indicated January was a month of concern as the first Wednesday meeting date fell on January <br />1st. She recommended the meeting be pushed back to January 8th at 8:00 p.m. This would then <br />push the second meeting of the month to January 22nd. The Commission agreed to leave the July <br />and September meetings as is. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Rundle/Commissioner Carvelli-Yu. To Adopt Resolution <br />996-13, Establishing the 2014 Meeting Schedule of the Mounds View Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 6 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br />_____________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />7. She reported Apple Tree Dental <br />began construction this week and invited the Commission to attend the official Ground Breaking <br />Ceremony on December 9, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. <br />
