<br />Development Review for BioLife <br />July 16, 2014 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Development Review Summary: <br />The proposed commercial use on these parcels would be consistent with the City’s <br />Comprehensive Plan, and would bring new development and tax base to the site. The three <br />roads (County Road 10, Woodale Drive and County Road H2) that will provide access to this <br />site can accommodate the additional traffic.
