Carla Asleson, Recycling Coorindator, reviewed Staff Report No. <br />92-3456C regarding Ordinance No. 516 Amending Chapter 104 of the <br />Municipal Code Entitled, "Garbage and Rubbish". Asleson stated <br />that all cities of 5,000 or more persons ensure that all businesses <br />and residential households either have solid waste collection or are <br />using an environmentally sound alternative. <br />MOTION~SECOND: Wuori/Blanchard to approve introduction and waive <br />the reading of Ordinance No. 516 Amending Chapter 104 of the Mounds <br />View Municipal Code entitled, "Garbage and Rubbish" <br />• VOTE• <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />(Vote was taken with Councilmember Quick not present as he had <br />stepped out of the Council Chambers - 9:50 p.m.). <br />B. Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, reviewed Ordinance No. 514 <br />Amending the Municipal Code of Mounds View By Amending Chapter 116, <br />Entitled"Itinerant Amusement Rides, Carnivals, Circuses".
