Special Order of Business <br /> <br />A. Oath of Office for new Commissioners <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller administered the oath of office to Planning Commissioners Cramblit, <br />Schiltgen, and Smith. <br /> <br />B. Election of Officers – Chair and Vice-Chair <br /> <br />Planning Associate Heller indicated that the Planning Commission needed to vote on a Chair and <br />Vice-Chair for 2010. <br /> <br />Commissioner Cramblit nominated Gary Stevenson for Chair of the Planning Commission. <br />Seconded by Commissioner Meehlhause.
