Conditional Use Permit Code Amendment Report <br />Page 2 <br />March 4, 2009 <br />Such signs shall not cause glare, disturbance or other problems to any residential <br />properties or land uses. <br />The proposed amendment to Chapter 1106 would add dynamic display signs as a <br />possible conditional use for schools, churches, places of worship or other institutional <br />land uses. This Code change is necessary to make the Chapter about conditional uses <br />consistent with the new sign code language. The Planning Commission should review <br />the proposed ordinance as it does with all amendments to the Zoning Code. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff is recommends approval of Resolution 900 - 09 (Attached).
