<br />Resolution 861-07 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, based upon the above findings <br />of fact, the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends approval of the conditional <br />use permit for the motor fuel station, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. Successful recording of subdivision documents with Ramsey County.
