Citizens Requests and Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br /> <br />Val and Brian Amundsen, 3048 Woodale Drive, stated they have an in-ground pool in their <br />backyard with a six-foot high fence around it. City code requires a five foot fence and their <br />insurance company requires a six foot fence for liability. Last year their neighbor to the east, <br />with a permit, constructed a two-foot retaining wall adjacent to their fence. The Amundsens feel <br />this wall causes the fence to not meet the six-foot requirement, as well as is a liability if someone <br />climbs over the fence with wall assistance, uses the pool, and there is an injury or death. They
