<br /> <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 835-06 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE REZONING REQUEST TO R-3, <br />MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, AT 2901 AND 2925 COUNTY ROAD 10 AND THE <br />WEST HALF OF 8060 GROVELAND ROAD; <br />PLANNING CASE ZC06-001 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Integra Homes, has applied for a rezoning request of the <br />properties at 2901 and 2925 County Road 10 and the west half of 8060 Groveland Road to r- <br />3, Medium Density residential. The properties are legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 8, Block 3, Sherwood Estates; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />Subject To Highway; The Following; Part Of Lot 32 Description Beginning On <br />Easterly Lot 32 100 Feet South Of Northwest Corner Lot 50 Thence South On <br />Said Line To Northeast Line Of Highway Thence Northwest On Highway 32 <br />Feet Thence Northeast To Beginning Also, Except Northwesterly Triangular <br />Part Measured 7 Feet On Northerly & 100 Feet On Easterly Line Said Triangle; <br />All Of Lot 50, and the West 271.10 Feet of the South 135 Feet of Lot 47, all in <br />Auditor’s Subdivision No. 89. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 2925 County Road 10 and 8060 Groveland Road are currently zoned <br />R-1, Single Family Residential, and 2901 County Road 10 is zoned B-3, Highway <br />Business; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />1. Application <br />2. Letter from Applicant <br />3. Zoning Map <br />4. Location Map <br />5. Proposed Site Plan <br />6. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing notice was published in the official City newspaper on <br />May 3, 2006, and notices mailed to property owners within 350 feet of the subject <br />properties; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding this request on <br />Wednesday, May 17, 2006; and, <br /> <br />Option B <br />APPROVAL
