VOTE: 3 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Mayor Linke commented that the City benefits a great deal from the projects that the Scouts complete. Mayor Linke again thanked the Scouts on behalf of the residents and City Council for the City of Mounds View for jobs well done and very appreciated. CONSENT AGENDA Don Brager, Acting City Administrator, read the Consent Agenda. Mayor Linke asked if there were any items the Council desired removed from the Consent Agenda. There were no items removed.
