<br />Comp Plan Amendment Report <br />Jan 19, 2005 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The City’s consultant on this project—RLK-Kuusisto, LTD., has prepared the Met Council <br />amendment application which is provided for the Commission’s review and comment prior to <br />the published public hearing on February 2, 2005. In addition to the amendment application, <br />I have attached the City Council’s resolution authorizing the amendment application. It is <br />anticipated that representatives from RLK will be on hand to answer any questions related to <br />the amendment process or the application itself. <br /> <br />Once the amendment is approved and after redevelopment takes place, further text <br />amendments would be necessary to remove references to a city golf course, adjust acreage <br />totals and amend other maps or exhibits. Action will be <br />requested at your next meeting, assuming there are no unresolved issues that need further <br />consideration.
