Councilmember Blanchard - Not in attendance. Out ill. <br />2. Report of Mayor Linke: <br />a. Mayor Linke reported that a resident had requested a credit on <br />Surface Water Management Fees which will begin in 1994. The <br />resident, unfortunately, did not provide City with the <br />necessary documentation so that the City can review this <br />sitaution. Section IV of the Surface Water Management Utility <br />states that from time to time the Council may adopt by <br />resolution a policy for adjustment of Surface Water Management <br />Fees for parcels or groups of parcels based on a hydrologic <br />difference from utility factor being used.. <br />3. Report of Administrator: <br />Resolution Nos. 4473 and 4474 Apportionment of Santaremewer <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, reported that properties within <br />the Mounds View Business Park South were previously_replatted and <br />assigned new Property Identification Numbers. Orduno further <br />reported that in order for Ramsey County to continue to properly <br />collect the sanitary sewer assessments, it is necessary for the City <br />to adopt Resolutions No. 4473 and 4474 reapportioning the <br />assessments for the new PINS. This request was brought to the City <br />on Thursday of this week.. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Quick to Waive the Readings and Adopt <br />Resolution Nos. 4473 and 4474 Apportionment of Sanitary Sewers <br />• VOTE: 4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
