Report of Mayor Linke: a. Mayor Linke reported that a resident had requested a credit on Surface Water Management Fees which will begin in 1994. The resident, unfortunately, did not provide City with the necessary documentation so that the City can review this sitaution. Section IV of the Surface Water Management Utility states that from time to time the Council may adopt by resolution a policy for adjustment of Surface Water Management Fees for parcels or groups of parcels based on a hydrologic difference from utility factor being used.. 3. Report of Administrator: Resolution Nos. 4473 and 4474 Apportionment of Santaremewer Samantha Orduno, City Administrator, reported that properties within the Mounds View Business Park South were previously_replatted and assigned new Property Identification Numbers. Orduno further reported that in order for Ramsey County to continue to properly collect the sanitary sewer assessments, it is necessary for the City to adopt Resolutions No. 4473 and 4474 reapportioning the assessments for the new PINS. This request was brought to the City on Thursday of this week..
