The buildings will be no closer than <br />80 feet to Highway 10 and 60 feet to Coral Sea Street and 82 Lane NE. The Phase 1 parking <br />ramp will be set back 100 feet from Coral Sea Street to preserve an existing stand of mature <br />Scarlet Oak trees.
