Mounds View Planning Commission August 4, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 9 <br />________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />Mr. Werner commented that he would say the Commission should take it upon themselves to <br />work this problem out rather than having input from Staff or Council. <br /> <br />Chair Stevenson indicated that the Commission is looking at this as a way to clarify how <br />meetings are run. <br /> <br />Mr. Werner asked that this be done without restricting the freedom of speech. <br /> <br />Director Ericson agreed to review the Bylaws and have this matter on the agenda for <br />consideration at the next meeting. <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />8.
