<br />Eyler PC Report <br />May 7, 2003 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Based on the above information and the site plan presented for consideration, staff would <br />recommend denial of the requested conditional use permit unless the Eylers limit the width to <br />35 feet or reorient the garages so that entry is from the south.
