Consideration of Resolution No. 4708 AuthorizincL the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to Execute Development Agreement No. 95-99. <br />Sherwood Estates, with Citvwide Developers <br />Paul Harrington, Community Development Coordinator, advised <br />that in November 1994, Ken Sjodin representing Citywide <br />Developers, approached the City Council with a 13-lot, <br />residential subdivision development project known as Sherwood <br />Estates. The Council approved the subdivision with the <br />stipulation that the applicant enter into a Development <br />Agreement with the City to ensure development of the project <br />according to accepted City standards of construction. This <br />Resolution authorizes the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to <br />execute the Development Agreement, which will be brought to <br />the February 6 Council Work Session in draft form. <br />Councilmember Trude asked if this agreement would be similar <br />to previous development agreements. <br />Harrington said that, although the development agreements are <br />similar, different conditions are put in each one. <br />Mayor Linke clarified that approval of this Resolution would <br />be contingent upon City Council's discussion at the February 6 <br />Work Session. <br />MOTIONLSECOND: Hankner/Trude to Adopt Resolution No. 4708 <br />Authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to Execute <br />Development Agreement No. 95-99, Sherwood Estates, with <br />Citywide Developers, Contingent Upon City Council's Discussion <br />at the February 6, 1995 Work Session <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />F. Consideration of Wellhead Maintenance Bids <br />Mike Ulrich, Public Works Director, explained the project and <br />procedure of the preventative maintenance plan for the repair <br />and maintenance of the City's water system. There were two <br />wells scheduled for preventative maintenance in 1994 which <br />were necessary for production at that time. Funds designated <br />for wellhead maintenance in 1994 have been transferred to the <br />1995 budget, enabling funding of the maintenance project. <br />Ulrich reported the contractors that submitted bids and the <br />results of those bids. He explained that the extent of repair <br />needed on the wells would not be known until the wells were <br />actually pulled and inspected. For this reason, even repair <br />items which may not be necessary have been included on the <br />
