Each <br />year C ty Forester Wriskey bids out tree removal contracts and <br />furnis es the results of those bids. The low bid for 1995 was <br />Brad's Tree Service. <br />Mayor $inke inquired who the low bid went to last year. <br /> Ms. Sa rion reported that the low bid was awarded to Precision <br /> <br />• Tree S rvice and Bluemel's Tree Service for the year 1994. <br />Mary S~arion, Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, <br />presented an explanation of the Parks and Recreation <br />Ordina~ce. The new Ordinance is more comprehensive than the <br />previo s Ordinance. The Ordinance will be used for Code <br />enforc ment and education in uses of the recreational <br />facilities. <br />
