Meeting Dates <br /> Motion made by Jean Miller, seconded by Russ Warren, that the meeting <br /> dates be scheduled for the second Wednesday of each quarter; such <br /> meetings to be called at the discretion of the Chairman. Motion made by Duane McCarty, seconded by Judy Rowley, that the chairman <br /> notify the city clerk-administrator, at least three months prior to the <br /> expiration date of any seat on the Charter Commission, the names of the <br /> incumbents with expiration date, a summary of the application process, <br /> and the final date on which the chief judge will accept applications for <br /> appointment, so that the administrator can publish such information in <br /> the city newsletter, and_the official newapaper of the City of Mounds View. <br /> Carried unanimously. <br /> VIII.
