RESOLUTION NO. 2574 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW POLICY <br /> REGARDING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council anticipates <br /> receiving petitions for public improvements in the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council hereby sets policy <br /> • regarding the acceptance of petitions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council states that the <br /> petitioner shall submit all applicable information including, but, <br /> not limited to, the demonstrated need for the improvements, - the <br /> proposed location and lay out (sketch plans) of the improvements <br /> in accordance with applicable City ordinances, and the signatures <br /> of one hundred percent (100%) of the directly affected and <br /> benefitting properties relating to the public improvements at the <br /> same time the petition is submitted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View hereby sets policy regarding acceptance <br /> of petitions for public improvements pursuant to direction found <br /> above. <br /> Adopted this 11th day of December , 1989. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> • <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Ark <br /> ClerkdministratOr <br />
