He noted that on Page 3, Line 1, <br />Council member Stigney made a motion to postpone the hiring for the Recreation Program Supervisor position <br />until such time as the Council had an opportunity to review and discuss the personnel policy and to authorize <br />staff to hire a temporary person during the interim. There was no Second to that motion, and Mayor McCarty <br />noted that Mr. Koopmeiner's friendly amendment which occurred immediately following Mr. Stigney's motion <br />was inadvertently taken as a second to the motion. <br />
