The new <br /> language inserted into Section 3.07 basically follows the same language set forth in Minn. Signing, and Publication of Ordinances. Every ordinance adopted by the <br /> Council shall be signed by the Mayor, and attested to, filed and preserved by the <br /> Clerk-Administrator. Every ordinance shall be published at least once in the official newspaper as <br /> soon as practicable and shall be preceded by a summary of its contents. In the case of lengthy <br /> ordinances or ordinances which include charts or ma•s if the Council determines that <br /> •ublication of the title and a summa of an ordinance would clearl inform the •ublic of the <br /> intent and effect of the ordinance,the Council may by a four-fifths vote of its members direct <br /> that onl the title of the ordinance and a summa be •ublish• • . ith notice that a •rinted _ i <br /> co• of the ordin.nce is available for ins•ection b an I erson durin' re'ular office hours at <br /> the office of the Clerk-Administrator and an other location which the Council desi'nates.
