Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 600, Amending the Assessment Policy. <br />Mr. Ulrich explained that the primary amendment is to the service water management assessment <br />whereby unit costs have been established with maximum limits for service water assessments. A minor <br />• revision was also made to the industriaUcommercial comer lot for street assessment. He noted that the <br />following corrections should be made to the ordinance: page 2, item (h), line 10 -remove ($400.00 per lot), <br />Line 15 -remove ($1,200 per acre) and insert ...unit cost of 51,100.00 per acre. Page 3, line 1 -change to <br />read "multiplied by the unit cost (remove $1,200.00 per acre), insert to a maximum amount.. . <br />MOTION/SECOND: Trude/Koopmeiners to approve the adoption of Ordinance No. 600, Amending the <br />Assessment Policy, and to waive the reading. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />Mayor McCarty aye <br />Council member Quick aye <br />Council member Stigney aye <br />Council member Koopmeiners aye <br />Council member Trude aye <br />Motion Carried (5-0) <br />E. Consideration of Resolution No. 518, Approving County Road Turn back (Spring Lake Road). <br />Mr. Ulrich explained that this Resolution would establish the jurisdictional change of Spring Lake Road from <br />Ramsey County to the City of Mounds View. Included in the tum back program is the reimbursement of funds <br />from the County for the reconstruction of the driving lanes, amounting to $580,000. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Stigney to Approve Resolution No. 5118, Approving County Road Tum back <br />(Spring Lake Road). <br />• <br />
