He, on behalf of the city and Council, extended <br />congratulations to Western Bank. <br />CONSENT AGENDA• <br />Mr. Whiting read the Consent Agenda as follows: <br />A. Set a Public Hearing for 7:05 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 1997 to consider a conditional use permit for an <br />oversized garage at 2908 Ardan Avenue. <br />B. Set a Public Hearing for 7:10 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 1997, to consider a conditional use permit for an <br />oversized garage at 7150 Knollwood Drive. <br />C. Set a Public Hearing for 7:15 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 1997 to consider a conditional use permit for an <br />oversized garage at 7765 Spring Lake Road. <br />D.
