Duane McCarty advised that Jean Miller would be willing to render clerial <br /> assistance to the Secretary, if necessary. <br /> 9. Chairman, Bill Doty, requested that Duane McCarty contact the City Council <br /> regarding obtaining financial funds to do business, in view of the fact <br /> that he is Liaison between the Commission and City Council. <br /> 10. Motion made by Dick Lykke and seconded by Duane McCarty that the meeting <br /> be adjourned.
