Doty, Chairman <br /> Neil W. Loeding, Vice Chairman <br /> Ruth J. White , Secretary <br /> 110 It is our understanding that Blanche Abbott and Catty Roth have not <br /> accepted appointment. In their places, the Commission would like to <br /> suggest, as persons wno would materially aid our efforts, City Council- <br /> member Donald C. Hodges (5086 Eastwood Road, Mounds View 55112), school- <br /> teacher Jean E. Miller (2291 No. Hillview Road, Mounds View 55112), or <br /> , geologist Lr. Jos_eph E. Goebel (8121 N.E.
