Minutes of October 11, 1979, read by secretary. <br /> Item XV. corrected to read: "Motion made by Bill Werner, seconded by Wally <br /> Skiba to adjourn. As there was unfinished business, <br /> the chairman requested W. Skiba to withdraw his <br /> second. Skiba withdrew his second and Werner <br /> withdrew his motion." <br /> Motion made by Neil Loeding and seconded by Dick Lykke to approve the minutes, <br /> as corrected. Carried unanimously. <br /> IV. N. Loeding made reference to Item XIV. of the October 11, 1979, minutes, <br /> and moved that commission members who were unable to attend special meetings <br /> in the month of September also be excused for their absence, as these meetings <br /> had been very frequent and often called on short notice. Seconded by L. Nygaard. <br /> Carried unanimously. <br /> V. B._Doty made reference to Ttem VIII-. of the October 11, 19.7_9, minutes, and <br /> presented a bill from Attorney D. Meyers in the amount of $78.75. Chairman <br /> Doty indicated that he had approved payment of these charges. <br /> VI. The secretary presented a detailed listing of Xerox expenses covering the period <br /> from November 20, 1978, through October 11, 1979, and a bill from Packaging <br /> Corporation of America in the amount of $375.00 to cover these expenses. She <br /> stated that this bill did not incorporate expenses for envelopes or postage, <br /> which expenses she is absorbing. <br /> Thereupon, a motion was made by L. Nygaard, seconded by D. Lykke, that the <br /> Charter Commission authorize the payment of $375.00 to Packaging Corporation <br /> of America for these Xerox expenses. Carried unanimously. <br />
