Ord 661 re: Amendments to the Charter relating to City Manager form of government, and; <br /> Ord 662 re: Amendment to the Charter relating to Council Composition. <br /> These proposed Charter amendments were passed June 5, 2000, and published June 15, 2000. They were <br /> mailed to Julie Olsen for consideration by the Charter June 20, 2000. These ords need to be on the ballot in November. <br /> Dan believes that the Charter Commission has 60 days to review the ords and may request additional time for review. <br /> Dan would like to know what the dates are that we should expect to hear back from the Charter. <br /> 2. Also, the Charter Commission should be reviewing a proposed Charter Amendment to Section 3.01 (Meetings of <br /> the City Council). This was mailed to them June 2, 2000. Is there a"trigger date"when the Council could take <br /> action if it does not hear back from the Charter Commission on this issue? f It tD. } ,St,$6(} . Al G <br /> 3.
