North Suburban Communications Commission Cable Study <br />All subscribers were given an opportunity to indicate concerns about any other <br />cable TV service matters. As shown below, most of them (60.8%) declined, while <br />26% mentioned cost issues and 4.3% mentioned programming quality issues. <br />As shown by the graph below, 73.1% of Comcast subscribers are either very (29.3%) <br />or somewhat (43.8%) satisfied. 13.3% are either very (3.8%) or somewhat (9.5%) <br />dissatisfied. <br />Group W Communications, LLC 11 <br />
