Current code requires all licensed operations to be current with fire <br />and building codes (as well as other provisions such as current on utility billing). <br />Thus the provision is redundant as that is the actual need. (507.03) & (509.03) <br />6. Transition the bowling alley license to coincide with business and restaurant <br />licensing on July 1 versus the current January 1. <br />7. Remove recuperative homes from are licensed list as Ramsey County licenses <br />these and provides us a list of the addresses which is all we need. (511) <br />8.
